ONCE UPON A LONG TIME

It has been such a long time since I truly admired and respected elected government.  Why is this?

As more and more career criminal politicians take power over a growing, disintegrating population of dumbed down,
brainwashed, on the dole takers, it seems like we cannot produce statesmen and women to govern anymore.

Surely they still exist around the globe in silence.
But where are they? First of all, big money is constantly purchasing power.  Secondly, as soon as reasonable souls do speak out,
they are smothered, shouted and insulted down, or even assassinated by those who want to maintain their greed-filled strangle-hold.

In the end, written history shows us that eventually the mood of a country can no longer take the corruption. So then, we have revolutions, civil wars, and uprisings.  I personally have difficulty dodging bullets and knives.  The more the judicial systems fail common sense justice, the more we are witnessing increased violent crimes and anarchy.  One day, hopefully long after we are gone,
it will happen all over again!!!!!  Whether it is religion pitted against religion, or some other foul reasoning…
MAN seems never content to allow peace to last for too long.

  4. All of your post is true.We had a man who attacked two innocent men in Victoria and sent both of them to Intensive Care with facial fractures and broken jaw. When he went to court in Frankston here, the cowardly police sent ten police offigers to walk on either side of him to protect him from vengeful citizens. How about that.A clear message being sent to criminals that the police is here to give them protection. It makes you wonder what kind of society we are getting ourselves into. 5. And why does nobody listen? They’re afraid of what will happen to them. It’s a “don’t poke the bear” thing. Belize
